CASA Volunteers

screenshot CASA is the only volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens as officers of the court. In an overburdened social welfare system, abused and neglected children often slip through the cracks among hundreds of current cases. CASA volunteers change that. Appointed by judges, CASA volunteers typically handle just one case at a time—and commit to staying on that case until the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. Read more...

Friends of CASA Program

Coming in 2012...CASA of Beaver County is proud to kick off our "Friends of CASA" Program!

Many people call our agency each year and ask how they can help CASA. Some aren't sure they are "cut out" to be a volunteer advocate because of the "Emotional" component of hearing some very difficult stories of the abuse or neglect a child may have suffered; And sometimes it's the time committment that may be involved, etc. But they believe in the work we that we do here at CASA and ask how else they are able to help. So we have decided to create a "Friends Of CASA" Program!

We are inviting volunteers from the community to join our "Friends of CASA" Support Team! We invite you, your family, your organization or company to help us get the word out about our CASA Program!

We NEED people to advocate for CASA by volunteering to speak or by providing information about our program in and around your community.

We NEED help recruiting volunteers to become advocates.

We NEED help raising money to keep our program running for the children and families here in Beaver County!

We NEED people with GREAT IDEAS and ENERGY, to help us with these VERY important things!

WE NEED YOU!!
